Glulam Beams
Glulam beams
Glulam or Glued laminated timber is an engineered wood that is stronger than steel (Weight to Strength) and can carry more load than a same-sized beam of regular timber.
Glulam is made from multiple layers or lamellas of structural wood that are pasted on top on one another using adhesives under high pressure. These are moisture-resistant to prevent water or UV damage if sealed & traeted well.
The wood grains are so placed that they run parallel to the direction of the beam, to reduce chances of breakage. Today, glulam is considered a high-tech innovative material and has found uses in the architectural, construction and industrial projects.
They are available in custom sizes for residential use and as long beams for non-residential use. Unlike regular beams, beams made from glulam can be curved as well*.

Thermowood Louvers
Thermowood is commonly known as heat treated timber, a magnificent, environmentally friendly wooden medium created by the use of non-toxic and chemical free heat and steam processing. Thermal alteration increases the qualities of timber, allowing it to be used in a wider wide range of purposes.
Thermowood is highly biocompatible, extremely durable, corrosion resilient, and latex free. It can be utilized both indoors and outdoors in any environment.
Whilst Louvres have been developed to allow ambient light and air to be used in a aligned, inclined, diagonal or upright layers while retaining excessive sunshine and rain away from the buildings. Extremely desirable in hot weather, the indoor temperatures are maintained while furniture and fixtures are protected from sun exposure and withering.

Historically and traditionally, a wooden batten would be placed over a seam between the wide boards, creating a stronger and more energy-efficient desk, ceiling or Cladding.Because it was inexpensive and easy to assemble, it was used for structures such as barns and garden sheds.

Intergrain Natural Stain
Intergrain Natural Stain
Intergrain Natural Stain is a high performance, semi-transparent, water based stain designed to transform the colour of exterior timber. Natural Stain is extremely durable and withstands wear on timber decking without the need for a top-coat. It can be applied to new bare timber immediately after cleaning (even while the timber is still damp). Intergrain Stains contains unique Hydroguard technology which adds significant protection to guard timber against harsh conditions as well as the abrasive effects of foot traffic.
The advanced finish resists stain absorption, helping timber stay clean. The result is timber that stays protected and looking fresh for significantly (3X) longer than traditional decking oils & stains.

Hidden Decking Fastener Aluminum
Hidden Decking Fastener Aluminium
As the name implies, the hidden deck fastener is a concealed fastener for attaching decking planks. High Grade Aluminum is used to make this which renders it’s durability in spite of being light weight. The major advantage of hidden deck fasteners is that there are no unsightly screws or nails to look at or to trip over which is both aesthetics & a safety-issue. This further eradicates the need for the traditional time consuming costly process of filling the punctured surface with wax, adhesives or dowels.
Available in Black/ Dark Brown Color with Pre-Drilled Fastener Slots, we can provide technical support for each purchase made.
Post Footing
Post Footing
Post bases are connectors designed to provide a connection between a structural wood post (vertical member) to the concrete foundation. Post bases are elevated 1″ to avoid contact of the wood post with potential water. The bottom of the post base is designed to be flush with the concrete.
Aluminium Frames
Aluminium Frames
A framed structure in any material is one that is made stable by a skeleton that is able to stand by itself as a rigid structure without depending on floors or walls to resist deformation. Materials such as wood, steel, and reinforced aluminum, which are strong in both tension and compression, make the best members for framing.
Differences between reinforced-aluminum and steel framing is mainly that Aluminum allows most grade nails used for wood working to penetrate through the hollow aluminum while the re-enforced wood supports the anchoring of such nails, screws. In many cases we recommend powder-coated aluminum frames (also available ex-stock)
Oil Roller
Oil Roller
Roller provides thin, uniform and even coats, and is an ideal tool for painting large, smooth and well-prepared walls, ceilings, and large furniture.
The micro-fibre roller is more economical to use than the brush since its porous surface holds much more paint and distributes an even layer of paint much faster.
If kept well after each use, you could very much take the roller for 2-3 project applications*
Oil Tray
Oil Tray
Everyone who paints either interior or exterior coating jobs needs a tray to hold and load the paint from. Most paint jobs take a couple of days and the ability to store and protect your paint and roller from drying out is one important aspect of a tray.
The benefits looked for in a tray are:
Durability is important; a strong tray that can be moved around either on the floor and or picked up and moved easily without distorting is valuable. A liner system for paint trays can be valuable in that it saves time when cleaning up and or changing colors.
