Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Beautex Global. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Eligibility for Return
- We accept returns only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@beautexwood.com or calling +91-9322-008-008. Returns reported after 48 hours will not be accepted except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order products (for example: cut-to-size panels, custom finishes).
- Products that have been installed, used, or altered.
- Clearance, sale, or heavily discounted items (unless faulty).
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at sales@beautexwood.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
- We will review the request and, if approved, provide instructions for pickup or return shipment.
- All returned products must be received in the same condition as delivered for inspection.
4. Inspection & Processing
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item meets the return conditions, we will process a refund or replacement as requested.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after we approve the return and complete inspection.
- If the original payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer; please provide your bank details when requested.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Beautex error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
6. Replacements
If you prefer, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund for eligible cases. Replacements are subject to product availability and will be dispatched after the returned item is inspected and accepted.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting sales@beautexwood.com.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible; please follow the return process after delivery if applicable.
8. Damaged or Wrong Items Received
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at sales@beautexwood.com or +91-9322-008-008 with photographs and your order number. We will prioritise your case and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Shipping Returns
Return shipping instructions will be provided after we approve your return request. For approved returns due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), Beautex Global will cover reasonable return shipping costs. For returns not due to our error, you may be responsible for return shipping.
10. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
