1. Pricing

All product prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during checkout before order confirmation.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are typically processed within 6–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines vary based on location:

Within Mumbai: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Rest of India: 6–10 business days after dispatch.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

Beautex Global is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@beautexwood.com or calling +91-9322-008-008.

Returns reported after 48 hours will not be accepted except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., cut-to-size panels, custom finishes).

Products that have been installed, used, or altered.

Clearance, sale, or heavily discounted items (unless faulty).

5. Return Process

Contact our support team at sales@beautexwood.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for pickup or return shipment.

Returned products must reach us in the same condition as delivered for inspection.

6. Inspection & Refund Timeline

Returned items will be inspected within 3 business days of receipt.

If approved, refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on Beautex Global’s part.

7. Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will process it based on product availability. Replacements are dispatched within 3–5 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting sales@beautexwood.com

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may follow the return process after delivery, if applicable.

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days from confirmation.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at sales@beautexwood.com or +91-9322-008-008 with your order number and photos. We will prioritize your case and arrange for a replacement or refund.

10. Return Shipping

For returns due to Beautex Global’s error (damaged/incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Detailed return instructions will be shared upon approval of your return request.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
