This abode is a equivalent to the physical experience of a spiritual journey of awakening, consciousness, acceptance, and gratitude through space, volume, nature and, art. Simandhar Swami’s divine presence blessed the proceedings of the villa. Adherence to Vastu was the central principal in planning as is evident from the structure of this house that is placed in the south west quadrant of the plot. Entrance to the property is a grand plaza flanked by water bodies.
